Broadly speaking the Scheme is self funding, for each journey by our voluntary drivers the scheme makes a small amount which goes into our funds. Once the driver has been given his mileage at 45p per mile this does not always leave a great deal.
The cost of D.B.S. Checks for each driver and insurance for the scheme overall costs many hundreds of pounds and additional donations would be a help..
This is where you may come in.
If you would care to make a donation to our funds it would be a considerable help and enable us to continue to keep the scheme operating for the people of Eccleshall.
